We have been really pleased with the service that CJ Hole (Kingswood) have provided for us. We have had a very long house hunt and it is nice to nearly be at the finish line. Staff at CJ Hole are friendly and approachable and are quick to replay to any emails or phone calls and discuss any queries or questions you may have. Special thanks to Jodie who made the viewing process an enjoyable one and was then able to put forward our offer for us. We'd also like to thank Isaac who initially recommended the property to us. Great choice of estate agents.

Jodie has been of excellent help to us and has kept us in mind for this property despite us not getting it the first time round. She has recommended excellent solicitors and has made the journey very speedy and easy to purchase a house. We built an excellent rapport with her and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you Cj hole and a massive thank you to Jodie

We sold our property through CJ Hole in January 2023 and have had an excellent experience. Donna came round to meet with us initially and to provide a valuation. She came so well prepared and we were extremely impressed with her knowledge, paperwork showing other recent local sales and she was very friendly and polite. Donna was excellent to follow up with and promptly came back to photograph and arrange the write up for our house. Jodi handled the viewings for our home and did a fantastic job. Once we had accepted an offer we dealt with Kerry to progress the sale and purchase. Compared to agents I’ve used when buying and selling previously, Kerry was by far the best. She kept us updated when promised, worked really hard to progress the sale as quickly and efficiently as possible and was very polite and friendly throughout. I would recommend CJ hole Kingswood to anyone - we have been so impressed from start to finish.

I can’t recommend CJ Hole enough they have been incredible from start to finish. They sold my Fathers house quickly at a realistic price point. Kerry has handled every aspect of the sale and needed to do quite a bit of chasing people all the way through (she is very patient!) we have now exchanged contracts and are very very happy with the service provided by Kerry and the team.

I recently sold my house with CJ Hole and would highly recommend the excellent service by the whole team, especially Donna who did the marketing and photos and Kerry who dealt with the sale progression along with Eva. Kerry went above and beyond to make a difficult situation go as best as was possible. Many thanks to all.

I have recently viewed a few properties with CJ Hole and am now buying one through them. The communication from Freja, my agent, has been excellent, she has answered questions quickly and demonstrated good knowledge of the market and processes. The agency have been much better than all of their competitors in the many viewings I have completed.

Tilly's expertise, attention to detail, and dedication helped my family find the perfect property effortlessly. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her clients made the process enjoyable. Tilly is a true professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of their dream home. Thanks to C J Hole and especially to Tilly.

The team were professional, experienced, warm and friendly and made what was a stressful time so much easier. Everyone we came into contact with was fantastic but a special mention needs to be made for Eva and Kerry who we dealt with most- they were incredibly reliable and on hand to offer valuable advice each step of the way, we would have no hesitation is recommending Kingswood CJ Hole to anyone selling in the area.

House hunting is never easy but during the summer last year it became an absolute nightmare, with everything being full booked the moment it comes onto the market, and the stupid bidding wars estate agents were doing. After viewing a house with another estate agent which were next to useless, I phoned up CJ hole about a house I had seen online and spoke to Vicky, who told me that unfortunately the house was fully booked, however they would call me in the morning if things changed, and to all my surprise she called me, saying how we are welcomed to view in the afternoon so we headed down to view the house later that day. Loved the house and appreciated Vicky's time. Our offer was accepted with no bidding wars as they did best and final offers from the start, and now was a waiting game completing the chain above us in our time frame. Months went by and nothing had happened, feeling frustrated and saddened that we may lose the house due to rapidly rising interest rates. a few phone calls and spoke to a lady called Kerry, who was absolutely fantastic. October came by and our sellers found a house, which turned out to be chain free so everything started rolling. It came to December and still we were no further, knowing that our mortgage offer was going to run out in a few weeks made a few phone calls to Kerry, who was phoning around all the time keeping everyone updated and letting us know what was happening and knowing that if the sale did not get completed in the next 2.5 weeks we would have no choice but to pull out, we completed on the 20th Dec. A very stressful and tense few weeks for us, but in for Christmas. Thank you CJ Hole, but more importantly thank you to Kerry and Vicky who in our case were extremely helpful. Much appreciated!

I was very pleased with the service that CJ Hole (Kingswood) provided me, from the initial valuation consultation with Eva, the viewing process with Eva, Vickie and Isaac, and the ongoing selling process with both Eva and Kerry. Everyone at CJ Hole was extremely friendly and approachable whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism. Eva and Kerry were very responsive to emails and phone calls, and supportive throughout the process, ensuring everybody knew the current situation. I would strongly recommend CJ Hole if you are considering selling a property. Thanks to a great team!

Whilst initially being mislead regarding our buyers situation and subsequently ending up in a chain that dragged on for many months, we were most fortunate to have a very proactive, hardworking individual with a never give up attitude who helped us get things done when it really mattered. If you are buying or selling through CJ Hole Kingswood, I would strongly recommend Kerry as your sales Progressor. Not only will Kerry do what she says she will do, she will also take on the work your solicitor should be doing for you. 5 Starts for Kerry, 2.5 for CJ Hole Kingswood.

We recently had a viewing with the agent FA from sales. We were allowed ample time inside to thouroughly view the property, which was a nice surprise. The agent was friendly and had done her homework, providing the information we needed. Great display of professionalism, on par with MF from property management.

We sold our flat through CJ Hole Kingswood and they were absolutely excellent. From valuation to completion they worked tirelessly for us. We had a few bumps in the road and they really stepped up to help smooth them out. Throughout our sale journey I think we ended up dealing with each member of the team and they each individually were excellent - really caring and friendly the whole time. We dealt with Kerry and Eva mostly and they were absolute stars at progressing the sale at each stage of the way and advising us. I can't recommend them enough - I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
