I have been a tenant of a property managed by Snellers in Kingston for many years. They are professional as well as personal in the way they dealt with my tenancy. Required repairs - oven, door, etc. - happen. Requested upgrades - to the hob in my case - negotiated with Landlord on my behalf. They actually add value in both directions, so many times they went to bat on behalf of me - the tenant. So an all round a good experience. They are a good bet in my view for a long term relationship - whether as a tenant or a landlord.

I have recently been getting valuations on my property. And honestly I have found the agents I have spoken to a mixed bag and in some cases very un impressive. I then had Snellers round after receiving a leaflet through my door. When booking the appointment I found the chap I spoke to on the phone very polite. I then had Edward Boxell round to provide a valuation. I found him extremely knowledgeable about the area and about market conditions. I appreciated his honest feedback on my property and clear vision of how he will market it when it comes the time for me to sell. I will 100% be selecting them to sell my house later this year. Very impressed.

From the beginning of our dealings with the team at Kingston, they were nothing but professional and very efficient. From our first visit with Ed we were impressed with his knowledge of the market and he gave us sound advice. He also gave us the impression the team would do everything they could do to sell our property. Sonia and Ed then kept us up to date and always called us when they promised they would, even if there was no news. We just have to mention Jack who faithfully managed most of the viewing and always did it with a smile and a warm welcome to all the viewings. My partner and I have been tenants for the last 2 years, and Snellers (previously Penney & Co) have been our property managers during this time - and they have been great. Recently we had a few issues around the flat as a result of normal wear and tear, which we raised with Lisa Henderson. Since then, she has been on the case, able to simultaneously manage the various issues with respective handymen/plumbers etc. competently, professionally, and taking the time to follow up to make sure the work was done and was done well. Our best property managers in nearly six years of being tenants!

Ive a flat rented & managed through Snellers Kingston and have always been happy with the service provided. Ive recently had issues with my boiler and contacted Lena who was alway very helpful & quick to respond to any emails & queries i had and subsequently the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, she even negotiated a partial refund on my rent for the inconvenience caused.
