GoogleThe most professional letting agent I have rented through. I have a dedicated property manager who looks after any issues as a tenant, no matter how small, quickly and effeciently. I've just had a really top quality washer dryer installed - as soon as an issue came up with my existing 2 machines, my property manager Kirstie organised a replacement promptly and I'm really impressed with the quality and not just a 'run of the mill' replacement. I really recommend these guys.

Since day 1 my project manager Bella Murton has made me feel at home & very well looked after. She contacted me straight away to introduce herself and to ensure I had settled in. I’ve since had a couple of repairs issues but each time Bella has been proactive by getting the issue sorted extremely quickly and keeping me updated throughout. GoogleI've been dealing with Lisa Henderson for the past year and a half and have to say that she's been a total breath of fresh air compared to the agents who have helped me in the past 3 years. She is prompt with all her e-mails regarding queries I might have and keeps me fully informed of everything I might need to know, as well as taking prompt action with anything that needs doing. Ed has restored my belief in estate agents and was able to find us a buyer quickly at the asking price and to keep the sale moving through to completion. GoogleWe rented a flat about a year ago with Snellers and I can confirm that it was and still is a very pleasant experience. They have a very professional team which solved any issues that we had for the last year efficiently. Recently having a small issue with an energy bill dated a year ago a had to contact Matt Brooks, property manager at Snellers and as always it was a great experience. Not only he offered me his full support, but also the issue was solved within a week. Thank you very much Matt!
