MY details were shared with third party companies (phone and electricity) without my consent, in order to increase the profits.
I didn't get the flat after we have agreed all conditions because I didn't buy unnecessary insurance from them.
I got my money refunded after 3 weeks.

We’re so pleased to hear that you received such excellent service from Louis and Joel in our lettings team but of course regret that you have not received the same amazing service from our Property Management Department. We always want to provide the best possible experience to our tenants particularly if any maintenance issues arise and are saddened that we haven’t been able to do this. Here at Leaders when dealing with maintenance issues we use a panel of of third party contractors who are all fully qualified and insured to undertake works, due to them being third party this means we have no control over their workload or diary and whilst we ask them to attend at the earliest opportunity we cannot be held accountable if they fail to do so. The quality of works conducted by the contractors we instruct is something we monitor as we have a service level agreement in place with them, we evaluate our position with them frequently and if works are not being conducted to the highest standards we can address this with them directly and if necessary take action; If there are specific contractors that you have concerns with then please contact the property management team on 020 8546 6300 to discuss this further. We recognise how important our customers comments are about their experience with us as ultimately it is feedback such as this which allow us the opportunity to evaluate our service and see how we can improve moving forward. We would like to offer our apologies for the issues you’ve faced and that you feel the service you have received has not been up to the high standards expected of Leaders, we really hope that moving forward we are able to restore some of your faith in our service. GoogleMy wife and I have just purchased a flat with leaders, Adam and Niki dealt with us, they were both extremely helpful and responded to our queries in a timely manner, from our first meeting with Adam I can honestly say he put me at ease and made the process all the more seemlesswwith his approach and manner.
He appreciated the fact we were in a rush and always made reference to the fact that we were expecting our first child, this kind of professionalism is hard to come by these days and I can honestly say that he is a credit to leaders and will in my opinion do very well in the property game.
I couldn't advise people more to use there service, as I dealt with many other agents ad these were by far head and shoulders above the rest.

GoogleI recently went through the process of letting a property from overseas and was lucky enough to deal with Louis within the Kingston Leaders office. He was so helpful, understanding and patient in dealing with all of my questions, and allowing for my timezone and availability issues. The entire process was simple, clear and straightforward. I couldn't recommend the guys in Kingston more, must also call out Nick who also helped out as need as we moved through the process. If you are in the market for a rental or are looking to put your place on the market these guys should be the first port of call.
