Unfortunately, our recent move to a 3-bedroom house in Kingston has been a disappointing experience, The property was not adequately prepared for move-in. Despite confirming requests with Leaders prior to the move, many issues remained unresolved such as cleaning. It took an additional three weeks to get Leaders to commit to resolving the outstanding issues by numerous emails and calls and even visiting their Office directly. I was very disappointed with their communication and ownership. However, we have to say a huge thanks to Nick as Branch Manager at Leaders Kingston as his involvement significantly improved the situation. We were lucky as we met him at his Office in an effort to find someone who could help us sort out the issues. His prompt action, effective communication and proactive coordination with other departments were instrumental in resolving the outstanding issue and released our stress. I wholeheartedly give Nick a 5-star rating personally for his ownership and excellent service. Overall, I could only give Leaders 3 star.

He facilitated the communication with the landlord in a very smooth manner and together with the rest of the team, including Stephen and Nick, we were well looked after throughout the entire process. I found the property through Rightmove. I was so lucky that Kirtan Patel was my agent. The process was so quick that I got the keys within 7 working days. Reference process was smooth too. The agency offers really good online portal for tenants which is easy to access and easy to use (you can report damages, make payments, check your application process etc). Again, really happy with Kirtan's help. Also, when I went to the office to collect the keys the rest of the staff were really helpful and always with a smile on the face. :) Highly recommended. I rented a property from Leaders for £2,800 per month and it has been an absolute nightmare. The property was handed over with multiple serious issues: a blocked kitchen drain, leaking pipes, two bedroom windows that cannot close (leaving 2, 3 cm gaps), a loose roof tile above the entrance, a broken bathroom light, and a kitchen door nearly falling off. Because of these problems, we have been unable to cook or do laundry for almost two weeks. With two children at home, this has made daily life extremely difficult. Despite raising these issues, no urgent help was provided. Leaders seem only interested in collecting the rent, not in ensuring the property is safe or liveable. Very disappointing experience.
