GoogleThe property management team has been very courteous and helpful with prompt responses to address tenants’ issues. In particular I would highly commend Lucy who would go above and beyond to give advice on an incident when a pigeon did not go away for days in my balcony. She was patient and listened to my concern although it was time she finished her work. As a single mother, I have peace of mind living here knowing there is always someone to offer help. GoogleHORRENDOUS! Please, please avoid at all costs. Staff rude and incompetent - in particular Annabel from the property management team. Rented for over a year, problems with property from day one that were never resolved, despite numerous emails from the week we moved in. On moving out they have now bombarded us with emails, demanding we pay extra costs for absolutely ridiculous reasons - scaremongering tactics! Luckily my friend is a lawyer and has enlightened me that they do not have a leg to stand on. I dread to think how these scaremongering tactics would work on someone who doesn’t have legal advice on hand. I have rented for years and never dealt with such incompetent bullies. Please, please, please AVOID! Anyone who is considering using Leaders, I suggest you check out their TrustPilot reviews. Over 1,000 reviews and they score an overall 2 out of 5 stars - one of the lowest rated letting agency’s about. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

GoogleThe service that we received from both, Kismet and Nick, during our move has been exemplary from beginning to end. Kismet has been the most friendly, kind and honest agent we ever dealt with, always willing to go above and beyond to help and assist with our inquiries. The most pleasant surprise was definitely the welcoming box, with some lovely treats, and a card we received on the day of our move, which is such a great gesture from Leaders. She helped us call the different agents in the referencing process and conducted a great viewing. Although the company they worked with in terms of referencing the were a bit hard to understand and difficult to communicate with, leaders helped us with that process. GoogleI was a first time buyer and found a property through Leaders. Throughout the whole process Chris was very helpful, allowing additional viewings before I made an offer and once the offer had been accepted. He was also great throughout the sales process and spent a lot of time chasing up the seller’s solicitor and the Managing Agent of the property to ensure the relevant paperwork was obtained and the sale was completed in good time with minimal delays. All in all, it was a relatively smooth process that was made easier due to the help of Chris so I would recommend highly.

Lucy and Nick always ensured that all my questions were answered promptly. I have recently moved out of a studio flat in kingston due to relocation , which is fully managed by Leaders. They made the moving out process hastle free for me, in fact they are helping me to find a replacement tenant as my tenancy contract ends next month.
