Beware of them. We moved out of one of their properties, they refused to do a walk through the day that wr handed over the keys and now want to charge us for another 4 weeks after we gave the keys back. And they didn't do their inventory till 5 days after key handover and want to deduct money for a few leaves in the drive! Now, during a season where falling leaves and wind are normal!

As first time buyers, the prospect of buying our first place was very daunting. We met with Adam from Leaders quite early on in our search and he was very patient with us constantly, attentive when we had questions, and helpful throughout and beyond the sale too (ensuring we had all the keys for the mail box etc). We were kept informed at every step and our Solicitor also agreed he and the team were great to work with. Where other agencies were pushy and impersonal, Adam and everyone we dealt with at Leaders were professional, friendly, and maintaned the excitement in the process of buying our first place. We couldn't reccomend them highly enough for any first time buyers or purchasers in general. Thanks Adam, and all the team at Leaders.

I recently bought a flat and sold my previous one through Leaders and they were brilliant throughout. I offered on a property they were selling without having a buyer for our own, but by listing ours with them all parties involved had the confidence the team were doing everything they could to progress both sales. They also showed excellent communication skills and let us know when viewings were happening, then followed up with clear feedback. They also continued to work with us and our solicitors to progress the sale through to completion, handling queries and any issues that came up professionally and quickly. My husband and I have recently sold our flat through Leaders in Kingston. We spoke to several agents in the local area before deciding which to go with them and are so pleased we went with Leaders. We chose Leaders because Chris, who managed our sale, was fantastic and clearly really knew his stuff. He was always at the other end of the phone to guide us, and offered great advice and support and throughout the process. Chris organised an open day for people to view the flat and we sold it immediately! We had several offers which was fantastic. I cannot recommend Leaders and in Particular Chris Dribble enough. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Nick and Mariam at Leaders were excellent in sourcing an available flat in kingston for me. As a first time renter they really went out on a limb to help with all the admin as well. But would also like to praise James from Leaders Guildford who is the Property Manager of the flat that I was in. He is a first class person who cares about the people who are in the flats/houses that he manages. I had issue with my flat and he was very quick to contact the landlord and get assistance out to me and on other occasions with the communal area he got sorted within a day!
