Avoid at all costs. Rented with them in October 2018. Asked to change rent payment date from 24th to 30th, no problems raised. Started receiving rent arrears statement, when got in touch with credit control they mentioned there were no problems with our rent payments. Reported various issues and problems over the course of our 4 years tenancy, only 10% were solved. Fast forward 4 years at our notice to leave, we are now left with having to pay for "rent arrears" because Annabel(property manager) did not do her job, the landlady claiming damages for the shower curtain which was reported at the first property visit and never fixed by her. We will be paying and filing a lawsuit. If you're thinking of renting with Leaders, do yourself a favour, and go private. JUST AVOID

I am the previous tenant of a property that was placed with Leaders. For nearly 3 months I was struggling to get the post which contained official documents. I was put intouch with Nick who willingly said he would pick up the post and call me afterwards. Within a couple of hours a roughly three months battle came to an end. It might seem like a simply thing but I was faced with a civil penalty fine of up £1000 plus £250 replacement fee. Overall poor experience with leaders, moved into a 3 bedroom property. They were helpful enough at first but after they had our money they seemed to lose all interest. Not only were we NOT warned that we were moving into a property that had a terrible mold problem but once we asked what could be done about it we were told to use the dehumidifier provided by the landlord, which did nothing. The mold problem got so out of control to the point we needed urgent help with it. Their response was to call us randomly to inform us we had to move out a month early, no compassion, poor communication and just rushed leaving us high and dry. They then came round to hand us our eviction notice, we hoped to get the details and a bit of support. The man who came round rang the door bell, handed us the letters and wanted to just leave, poor guy was worried about a parking ticket. Just terrible, we would not recommend them whats so ever!!!

My partner and I found the property we were looking for on Rightmove, a viewing was swiftly arranged and we were showed round by Kismet who was very knowledgable of the property. We filled an offer sheet and from there kismet helped us through the process of referencing and completing the agreement in which she was very helpful, responsive and understanding. Leaders let my flat on the day it was first marketed at exactly the rent their market appraisal estimated. My new (excellent) tenants were in within 10 days. Nick, the Lettings Manager, and his team are friendly and efficient - they respond to calls and emails straight away, they do what they promise and they keep to agreed timescales. They arranged ancillary services (EICR, inventory etc) promptly at a reasonable cost. And they charge less commission than their competitors! Recently rented a 3 bedroom property in Kingston through Kismet, she was very lovely in person and very professional in getting back to us quickly regarding the property and answering all our questions. Only improvements I could mention is the shortage of keys per tenant for the property and to try and consolidate more information into fewer emails to avoid new renters being overwhelmed.
