GoogleWorst agency that I have ever worked with. They don’t care about their clients, are not afraid of lying to you and all they think is about money. They rented a one bedroom flat for us and increased their charges over time and without any notice. We also had several issues with the tenant and they never attempted to help resolve the situation but rather increased the tension by providing falsified information. We will never work with them again.

GoogleI’m writing my review to talk about my worst experience with this agency. I’m a university student and this agency robbed for 318 (agency fees ) wihich they weren’t eligible for it. As I rented a room and I found by myself and we didn’t signed agreement therefore legally they not eligible for it. Overall, it’s the worst company ever in the Uk. Their job just to steal people’s money as they did with me and they not eligible for it at all.

GoogleThey deserve 0 stars really! Avoid if you can as they will not assist you and only make your life more complicated. Every single encounter of ours caused issues for which we have been refunded most of the fees (after weeks and weeks of tiresome and unnecessary email and phone call exchanges I ma add). Seriously I have not meet any professional establishment working with less proffesional efficiency than Leaders Kingston. They lied many times, did less than absolute minimum, were late with every single action, which they completed only after our many many reminders. I know they are chosen often as having prices lower to their competitors but the difference in proce is really not worth the constant struggle that collaborating with Leaders causes. SOOOOO HAPPY to never have to have anything to to with them ever again!

GoogleWhen we found a property we were interested in, leaders were prompt for the show around, gave us all the details we needed and then answered all our questions along the way. Joel, in specific, always made effort to follow up on any queries and keep in touch from the moment we made an offer on the house till after we moved in. I'm giving 4 stars because things took longer than I would have hoped. Their computer system did go down for a week and yet they continued to try to complete all the necessary paperwork for the property as quickly as they could. I don't understand what happened behind the scenes but if it had gone more quickly it would have saved us some stress. However, saying that, every time I called they were very friendly and understanding and did their best to keep me informed with the progress. I don't know if the delay was caused by our landlord being abroad or because of part of the Leaders team. Since moving in we have had some small issues with the property but when mentioned to the property management team they have made effort to rectify things. 3 months in and we are so far pleased with Leaders. Thank you for all the efforts you have made.
