GoogleWonderful team and great service from KHH. They were honest and caring, and very professional. I worked with Kaylee mainly, she is very professional, but also friendly and kind. She kept me informed and helped me through every stage of purchasing a property. She made it all seem easy, she put me in touch with the relevant organisations and made the process as seemless as possible. Tim and Ross were also a great support. Thank you all

GoogleI wish there was option to give them negative stars extremely poor service and below legal requirement maintenance they were reported to local council housing officer with long list of issues in building. Poor ventilation building infested with Mold flats would smell horrible unless windows are kept open Missing carpet on floor making it very slippery landlord kept promising would be fixed for 12 months and never did. Poor cleaning in communal areas spider infestation Poorly build / insulated most of evening flat would smell horrible due to people cooking downstairs Parking shutter broken for months and months invalidating vehicle insurance Phone / door entry never worked even though this was advertised as one of property features. Signed 3 years contract and gave notice after 12 months Would never use them again.

GoogleI had the opportunity to deal and liaise with Richard. My search was very specific and he showed me all relevant properties over many months. He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe chose to sell our apartment with KFH Kingston. Ross Jordan and his team provided a very professional and efficient service. Our transaction became very difficult and without Ross constantly liaising with all the entities involved and using his experience to guide the different parties I'm convinced we would have lost our buyer. They made something that could have become very stressful relatively painless. I would definitely recommend KFH Kingston if you are selling your property.

GoogleI rented a house from this office. Totally disappointing. Everything is fine until sign the contract and pay them money. But then? You are lucky if you receive an answer to your emails weeks later! They are never interested! They don't solve any problems! I would never recommend them!

GoogleAfter months of searching for a property, we viewed one with Richard Ward. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right property for us, but Richard stood out as the best agent we've come across. He was thoroughly prepared, never pressured us, and even suggested alternative properties that genuinely matched our criteria. You’d think this kind of service would be standard, but it really isn’t!

Really valuable 5 * negotiator, I would definitely recommend him! The letting team found me perfect tenants and they moved in the very next day after completion of purchase. GoogleMohammed and Ross in Kingston office were very nice. They kept us updated all the time, and was very helpful throughout the purchase. Mohammed gave useful suggestions and contact details of surveyors before we made a decision, and Ross patiently coordinated between the vendor, solicitor and us before completion. The solicitor they recommended was also super nice. I would highly recommend KFH for property purchase. Thank you so much Mohammed and Ross!
