GoogleI called to ask if a property had a dish washer. Their response was, because I called yesterday and asked if I can sublet a room, I can't rent that property. It was like I shouldn't ask them questions. Eventually, after I clarified I wasn't planning on subletting a room if they don't let me..., they told me they didn't know if it had a dish washer. I think they should about properties they've listed. Anyway, they didn't bother contacting me about the dishwasher, so here's a review from me 😂. 1 star.

GoogleLinnea gave as the best service any estate agent could have ever done! My mother was looking for a flat recently as she wanted to downsize and Linnea and KFH were the only estate agents that took their time out and actually suggested properties based on her requirements. All other estate agents never followed up with us but her. We were very happy with the way she communicated with us and how Linnea took care of the process End-to-End. I really recommend and would love to work with her again soon! Many thanks to the KFH and Linnea for accommodating or family and my elderly mother! Mo

GoogleI had the pleasure of having Matilda help me in my search for a flat. She helped me to understand the rental market here because I was not familiar with it. I appreciate how she remembered my specifications, always followed up to find out what my thoughts were and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend her as an agent who really listens to her clients and acts on it.

GoogleNot a very detail oriented agency. Lacking relevant and important information right up until I was given a contract for a flat. Realised very quickly I was tricked into paying a holding deposit for a property and promises which were never met, and problems I knew not about until after making the mistake of securing a contract.

GoogleSuch a great experience using Pippa and her team at KFH in Kingston. I had lost a buyer through another agent but Pippa and Mohammed quickly and proactively found me a new buyer, then drove the process forward so that I wouldn’t lose my onward purchase. Their attention to detail, and their customers’ needs, really makes them stand out. I would highly recommend them - and already have!
