I recently bought through KFH Kingston. Ross and Tim were excellent from our first contact. They arranged separate viewings for my wife and me on consecutive nights. Tim was a perfect agent at the viewings (I hate the salesman type) showing me around but letting me have space, and answering questions. Throughout negotiations and progression Tim and Ross were thoroughly professional and helpful. They really drove through the sale, chasing my estate agent and solicitor and updating me regularly. I only feel guilty that they did so much more than my own online agent. I would definitely recommend the branch and if we decide to sell in the coming years I would certainly enquire to see if they were still at the branch.

Huge (belated) thank you to Ross, Kaylee and the rest of the team at KFH Kingston. We needed to upsize and sell our lovely one-bedroom flat but the market had taken a turn for the worse. Despite this, KFH found us a buyer within 2 days of the flat being put on the market. Unfortunately, the first buyer fell through near to exchange and this was to repeat again before third time lucky - we exchanged and completed. Throughout this, all three buyers were found in the first week of putting the property on sale and KFH were absolutely fantastic in keeping us up to speed with how the sale was progressing and staying in close contact with the buyer and solicitors. They remained optimistic which really helped us persevere and were unfailingly professional. Thank you again. We are very happy in our new home!

KFH Kingston, especially Tammy in the lettings department is the best estate agent we came across in our search. From the get go Tammy was so, so friendly and highly efficient in showing up properties that would work especially well for us and was full of knowledge about the local area. As the process continued she was very attentive and understanding, always quick to answer any queries and help solve issues wherever she could and you can tell that she genuinely cares and looks out for the best interests of her clients and tries her best to work around their specific needs. I was looking to move out of my student accommodation and I only had 20 days to find a new property. I went to KFH and I met Oliver Hammond, this guy knows what he is doing and what exactly the customer wants. I told him my needs that I need a central location and modern interior. He did not waste my time at all, within 2 days I had a property of my choice. He also handled the holding process very well, his communication skills are very effective. Oli made the payment process as smooth as it could be. I am writing this review from my new place and I love it. Mohammed, Ross and the rest of the KFH team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much to ask (even post completion). Friendly and personable we would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family as they made a stressful process that much easier. Mohammed is a credit to KFH and Ross was always on the end of the phone when we needed, chasing the other side for us and keeping us up to date with what was happening. I wandered in to the branch to enquiry about them selling my property as i was having no luck else where and it was the best thing i have done. It has been a long and tedious process due to the market and my buyer but allowed KFH to shine in their customer service, commitment and dedication. My agent was Ross Jordon who earned every penny of his commission as he stayed in contact with myself and eventually my father overseas who had to take over the sale as i was having a baby. He kept every one in the loop of developments, communicated with the buyer, his family, their lawyer, my neighbours , my dad, my lawyer and of course myself. We finally due mostly to his dedication got the sale across the line, (others would have given up!) Cant recommend enough this company, him and his team. Who were always friendly and helpful to a t.
