GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Jack for the rental of my Kingston property. The whole process has exceeded all my expectations. It went smoothly, quickly, and he listened carefully to my requests for the kind of tenants I was looking for for a long tenancy, and within less than a week found just the perfect couple, who made a very good offer. I will not hesitate to recommend Jack to deal with renting a property, and look I forward to meeting him again in the future. I am delighted.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe recently had viewings and moved into our first home together. KFH were vastly better than anyone else I've ever used, they are so professional and genuinely eager to be helpful, and to make sure you're happy. Simon was especially attentive, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and that things went smoothly, he was very reassuring and made us feel confident about our decision, and he even dealt with our previous agency for us when they were being difficult about a couple of things. I couldn't reccomend KFH enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was looking for the new property to rent for the good period of 7 month, I was registered with nearly all the estate agent in my area . Most of them rejected me because they wanted right what they told them to do, no flexible and as I can say most of them see the numbers , no human touch, believe me it is so stressful and exhausted to be in this situation. I can say literally only just only person call me all the times even though I was so desperate and helpless to answer the phone was “ Jack Parson” . He is a real gentleman , understanding and professional negotiator person . His customer service is excellent he has a dignity, focus on what he is doing at the same time take care of customers with respect and understanding. I wish really wish could be more people out like him these days. Thank you Jack Parson and I wish you the best luck in your career success.

I have found the Kingston letting team to be highly professional and incredibly personable in my dealings with the property. The Kingston office have always been helpful and are able to be professionally objective between tenant and landlord. GoogleMiran Nizami is Very professional and Genuine Person. Actually we met Miran the evening for a viewing but we weren't interested in that property, But he spoke about the needs and we said we are interested in another property a mile away. He literally checked his list and within next 30 mins he arranged a new viewing the property which we were interested. And Unbelievably quick he secured the property by next morning. we are very much pleased with Miran. Highly Recommend! Mr.Gunasekaran
