Having had a sale fall through where we were dealing directly with the sellers, it was much more pleasant to have an agent in the middle. And in the end, after a long, difficult and stressful time with other estate agents, we put it on the market with KFH and it sold in one weekend. Kaylee has managed the sale brilliantly.

The agent Mohammed went beyond, alway being extra helpful in every perspective make client simply amazed, whoever hired him is a lucky profitable man/woman. He even offered to send the key to the car park, never met a property agent is so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend friends to buy or sell house with them.

GoogleCan't recommend enough KFH. Megan was very supportive, with timely responses, and incredible patience taking care of all of my many questions, and managing a complex rental procedure. The process itself was modern and fast, the KFH tenant's web portal is very easy to use. Overall an excellent experience.

GooglePippa and Mohammed were calm and completely in control achieving a quick offer in about a month and expedited a quick exchange of contracts despite the buyers funds needing to be brought into the UK from asia with permissions to transfer funds from the host country and money laundering checks in the UK etc. 2 months from offer to completion. Very satisfied.
