Absolutely delighted with the service from Humphrey and Brand. As a first time buyer the process of buying can be stressful, daunting and confusing but everyone was super helpful. Special mention has to go to Andrea for her patience, support and willingness to answer any silly question I had without fuss and keeping me informed pretty much on a daily basis at the end when things with lawyers etc were dragging a little. All of my interactions with Humphrey and Brand have been extremely positive. When I began my rental search early last year, they were far and above the best agents to deal with. They listened to what my requirements were and in a really tough market came through with some great options to view and consider. They were really supportive and helpful with getting the tenancy in place and always available to answer any all my questions. My interactions have mainly been with Paige Barber, and she is super knowledgeable and responsive. She's also been really supportive with getting my tenancy renewed.
