GoogleMy other half has used Humphrey and Brand for the letting and management of two flats in Surbiton for over 10 years. They are responsive and as an owner she knows that they will bring any issues to her attention promptly. She is given a contact at H&B who is responsible for the relationship but there are people to cover absences who will pick up if we have any queries or if our main contact is away. They give you a personal service, and will respond to feedback positively. We would definitely recommend H&B's letting and managment service - reliable and professional.

Now, we would like to express my special thanks to the following staff members: Amanda, Paige & her team - In matters of leasing and negotiations, they assisted us in maintaining excellent communication with the property owner. They served as a valuable bridge of communication between us and the owner, facilitating a good understanding. When dealing with lease renewals, they helped us discuss and develop highly practical and feasible solutions with the property owner, making a significant contribution. When handling maintenance issues, their responses were very swift, and they closely monitored the progress. Alice & Yariela - They provided us with valuable insights when we were touring the rental properties, explaining the unique features and advantages of the properties in great detail. GoogleI've been renting a flat with Humphrey and Brand for 3 years now and we've just renewed the contract for one more year. We are extremely happy both with our landlord and the agency. Staff is very friendly and helpful and even having had some tough times (there were some repairs to be made in the bathroom pipes for two weeks), they all (landlord and agency) managed very well to keep us happy and comfortable. I don't think our experience can be better with them to be honest. 5 stars!

From the initial valuation of our home, where they were honest and respectful, through to how efficiently photos were taken, to open and clear communication throughout, and to having an offer within a week of going live on the market! This small and local business really care for you and your home and will ensure you get what you need. The aftercare of receiving an offer is also brilliant, with support and advice with finding a new home. We really cannot thank them enough. The whole team have been lovely and professional but Ryan in particular has been a pleasure to have sell our home. Could not recommend this team enough!

GoogleMy wife and I have been using the services of H&B to manage our Surbiton flat for 8 or 9 years now. They have been stable and given excellent service for all that time. They invariably give good advice on any and all issues that arise and we have had only had one sightly indifferent tenant in that period. Their charge is marginally more than the big national property managers but their service is such that we have never missed a rental payment in all the time that we have used them. We have no complaints.

GoogleBeing first time buyers the process is quite overwhelming, complicated and stressful. Ted really helped us each step of the way. He was always on the ball - prompt, knowledgeable, and gave up many hours of his time to ensure we were able to get access to the property for additional viewings, building quotes etc. We can’t thank him enough! Amanda has a cordial relationship with the tenants which greatly helps with the overall management of the property. GoogleWe have recently completed on a purchase with Ted Goodman from Humphrey and Brand. Ted has been exceptional - he was always accommodating and happy to help us through the purchasing process, supporting us in making appointments at the property to assist with getting architects, builders and surveyors to the property and to then mediate a number of the usual complications with exchanging on a property. Ted was responsive, supportive and brilliant to work with the whole way through the process. We will 100% be contacting Ted if we ever decide to sell the property in the future.

GoogleI’ve used Humphrey Brand for many years for letting a property in Kingston. The service has been outstanding throughout. Comparing to other agencies that I’ve used in the past or those used by close friends HB come out streets ahead. I purchased the property from them at onset and the seller kept changing his plans and quotes but HB managed the sale very patiently and well and secured the property for me. Since then they have managed the letting of said property. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI have used Humphrey Band for a couple of years now and have been very happy with them, from the initial contact right through to ongoing management of the property.They were keen to match the right tenants with the property rather than just renting it as quickly as possible and it is reassuring to know they have a variety of trades people for ongoing management. Another thing I like about Humphrey Brand is their practical approach to landlord and tenant which helps keep a fair and sensible view towards everyday issues.

The respect they show to both the property and my profits is really refreshing. GoogleWe switched estate agent to Humphrey & Brand last year as our previous agent couldn't find suitable tenants for our property amongst other shortcomings. Within 24 hours, H&B introduced us to our new tenants and we are very happy with their service since. The team with H&B are courteous, great with communication and payments are always made on time. We have a dedicated property manager and our questions/requests are always answered promptly. Overall, I highly recommend H&B as the go-to estate agent in Surbiton.

GoogleWe have been renting with Humphrey and Brand for over 10 years in two different properties. We have had an entirely positive experience throughout this time. The property management team have always provided an excellent service, replying to emails and calls immediately. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. In our current property we had an pipe burst and the team were available out of hours and sent an emergency plumber immediately. They always use excellent tradesmen who carry out work to a high standard. Safety checks are completed regularly. As a tenant I have felt valued. I would highly recommend Humphrey and Brand as a rental and property management company.
