GoogleMy husband and I have been tenants with Humphrey and Brand for just over 2 years During this time I have found all members of staff I have come into contact with courteous, helpful and professional. Our main point of contact has been with Karen Wheeler, H&B's resident property manager. At all times, Karen has been incredibly efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble and any maintenance issues we have had with the property have been resolved swiftly. She is extremely fair, representing the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Having worked with many estate agents as both tenant and landlord in the past, I would not hesitate in recommending Humphrey and Brand for future tenants and landlords alike.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Humphrey and Brand to anyone. Whenever any issues arise, they are always quick to handle and resolve for us. On a more personal note, having recently moved here from the US to be with my husband, we had to get verification that I would be living at our current residence for visa purposes. Karen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we had all of the required paperwork. Good customer service is hard to find but you will find it at Humphrey and Brand.

Karen's professionalism and helpfulness is absolutely brilliant and has always offered excellent support and service as the property manager. GoogleI first met Laura Humphrey when she was learning her trade as an employee at another agency, Humphrey & Brand was not born yet. I was always impressed with her straight talking and level of detail about the local market and lettings. At that time I was looking to buy a property. Sometime later I then looked to rent my flat out and being a complete novice I need to some advice on how to achieve this and I once again turned to Laura. I’ve been with Humphrey and Brand for a number of years now, I may have been a founding customer? I’ve been through a few tenants mostly excellent, however when I have had an issue its been sorted fairly and promptly.These day’s I mostly deal with Karen and while I can’t say too much in case I upset the boss, Karen is without doubt the one of the main reasons that keeps me loyal to H&B. GoogleWe are moving back from Singapore to the UK and found a property to rent through these agents. In a fast-paced market we could only communicate through email. It was a stressful time for us trying to secure the right property. They were extremely accommodating, fast and efficient. They coped with numerous emails to help us secure the property. We had the pleasure of working with Amber and Paige who were delightfully kind, and helped me step-by-step through the rental process.
