Hamptons was very confident to find a tenant for my flat quickly and it was the reason I decided to go with them. My property is in one of the best places in the area and in a very good and modern condition . For about 3 month they even did not bother to have one viewing. Whenever I followed up they kept quiet. I was on a trip and did not have a chance to visit even my unoccupied property to see what is going on. For 3 months I was on loss. I trusted these guys but they did not do any effort at all. I decided to hire two other agents and then these two agents had lots of viewings all of a sudden. One of them found a tenant very quickly. I would not recommend the letting guys in Hamptons. Very disappointing experience it was affected me heavily.

When you are looking to buy a house you have to deal with a number of different agents. I can say hand on heart that Paul Marchant is the best in the area. Polite, efficient and from my dealings and experience genuine and honest. He listened very carefully to what we were looking for and what we wouldn't compromise on in a house. He only shared with us one that actually fit, rather than trying just to sell like some of his other counterparts. Very good service.

There were a couple of tricky situations due to me being in the middle of a chain but Paul was 'on the case' and helped to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
