Jodie is a credit to Hamptons Kingston. Her professionalism and friendly supportive manner was much appreciated in our quest for an apartment on Kingston Riverside. Hamptons in Kingston are most definitely a team led by a very strong and professional leader (Peter Knowles). If we are going to ‘do something’ we want to do it NOW, and Hamptons totally understood where we were coming from. They led us by the hand all the way. We just completed on the sale of our house in Kingston and from the first day their agents were very friendly and helpful. What we expected most is the clear and timely communication and this is exactly what we received. Every sale of the property is bound to have its ups and downs and one needs agents who will be hands on and handle any issues that arise. Our Agents Paul and Zoe and their manager Peter, were highly professional and handled successfully anything that was coming their way - and always kept us up to date with developments. They kept their cool and professionalism even during the first failed sale which fell through at the last moment and was very frustrating. We’re very happy with our experience. We’ve been shown the property by Alfie, and later on we dealt with Victoria and Laura for the contract. Every time I called for a question or a doubt (as I’m first time renter of my own place) Alfie was available to help in a supporting, energetic and enthusiastic manner. There were few mistakes by the company but a very easy and quick fix so not even worth talking about it. Overall I feel that Hamptons is a reliable company and the people inside look real, not just faking kindness.
