Its not rocket science as they say but essential that you the purchaser understands essential information such as Length of Lease Remaining, Ground Rent, Service Charges, Energy Performance, as well as details on local transport, local schools and just general area specific information. Dear Alicia, I am sorry that you feel we did not achieve what we both strived to do. You came to me as a referral from one of my best landlords when you were in difficulties with your builder who was charging you too much to renovate your rental property. I. gave very reasonable quotes to complete the works but you took 2 weeks to decide and by this time my polish handyman had gone home for Christmas. The repairs were not essential and could have waited for his return in early Jan but that apparently was not good enough so you decided to sack me as your agent on 27th December. I have written in excess of 30 emails to try to resolve this issue with you So it was disappointing to see that 3 months after our last email that you decided to put up your negative review. I disagree with your comments, I am a fully regulated Estate Agent and a member of the Property Ombudaman Redress Scheme. If you feel I have acted in an unprofessional manner please contact the property ombudsman and forward your complaint to them, as I am bound by their decision i will happily abide by there conclusion. I tried extremely hard to assist you both in preparing and searching for a tenant for your house and I am sorry that our business relationship did not work out. Kind regards Peter Greenwood
