Greenwoods Residential Kingston Upon Thames reviews

Hi Daza, I am really sorry to see that you have only given us a one star review and you did not add any comments on your review. I would really appreciate being able to discuss why you have decided to give us this review, to find out if we can resolve any issues you may have with us. I have searched our database and our emails for your name but I cannot find anyone registered as 'Daza Khalifa' or any emails from your name, but you may have used a different email name? As the business owner customer service is extremely important to me and to our staff and I really would like to discuss any issues you may have had with Greenwoods so that we can learn from them to ensure this is not repeated in the future with our customers. Could I ask you to call me on 02082390535 - Opt 2, so we can discuss and hopefully resolve your issue. regards Peter Greenwood

Dear Dr Murphy, I am so sorry for not responding earlier to your 5* review earlier, it has been such a pleasure to work with such a fantastic, caring and thoughtful landlord, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet you in Australia when I was out visiting family..... I don't normally travel that far to have a meeting with a landlord but, it was well worth it and the family holiday afterwards...... Best Wishes Peter Greenwood
