I have used their service to get an apartment. Its really irritating service and i am telling because of the below reasons. > Once you signed the contract they won't bother about it, you have to call them/chase them for everything. >They don't respond regarding any issue until you call them multiple times. > there is no feedback/escalation loop, So you have taken their service you are tracked into loop. > My property is a new development, and it has been 15days, i can't see this property name on the government sites. So i am unable to get any service such as Broadband/Kids School/NHS/Garbage collection/Electricity/Gas bills. And whenever i call them, they will say, we are working on this. > All of these are laterally creating hazard to my family(couple+2kids). So overall i will never recommend to take their services.

We have been very happy with the service we received at Gibson Lane particularly in respect of their office doing all they can to liaise with everyone to speed through the sales process. The photos were excellent though there was a bit of a problem initially getting the brochure/online details just as we wanted them to appear in order to maximise the appeal of our lovely flat. It is obviously vital to get this absolutely right which GL did after a few initial hiccups.

Overall we had a positive experience with Gibson Lane. They have a substantial market share in the area we were looking to buy so we were able to see many properties relevant to our budget and needs. We were part of a chain which in itself can be a very stressful process, however, this was made much easier by Wendy, who looks after their post-sale activities and can't recommend her enough. She was absolutely fab! One piece of advice would be to give tips to sellers on how to best present a property before putting it on the market. We felt a bit rushed by the process and, in hindsight, we would have probably spent some time and money to ensure our property was market ready.

I have never come across an estate agents and letting agents like Gibson Lane. From the marketing of my property to helping me find a rental property, they have been amazing. We went with GL because they seemed the most knowledgable valuers. Our sale was handled mainly by Tom and Daisy who were polite and professional to a T. The sale progression was through Wendy who is an absolute gem and a terrier for seeing the sale through to completion and not letting things "drift". It took us 3 months to sell at £10K under what we were ideally looking for but to a cash buyer/developer well known to and vouched for by GL. We are in the process of completing on a house purchase in Kingston. We've had a very positive experience with Gibson Lane. We've dealt with a number of agencies in the area and Gibson Lane is by far the most reliable, helpful and efficient. We were shown the property by Neil Gibson who agreed to show us the property quite late in the evening which was very helpful as we both work late. He was knowledgeable about the market and the property we're purchasing, didn't rush us and answered all our questions. He also provided some great recommendations to third parties.
