GoogleDo your own research before using Gibson Lane. If you go on Rightmove, you'll see that other agencies sell houses much faster than Gibson Lane as they always start off with unrealistic prices.
They get listings because they promise you they can get you more money than what the property will eventually sell for (and what other estate agents will tell you).

The booking process was smooth and organised, the viewing was conducted well with precautions properly in place and we were called on the following working day to inform us there is interest in the property and allow us to also express our interest.
