After dealing with a few other agencies both myself and my wife easily felt more comfortable going through Foxtons and Suganth at the Kingston branch in particular. As I was moving over from Ireland I had a few extra difficulties but Suganth made it all seemless. I have had the pleasure of being guided by Suganth Wimalendran at the Kingston Office. I was looking for a 1-bed flat in Surbiton and Adam Ribeiro was an absolute star in helping me with this. He was friendly yet always professional, Adam showed me some great properties which gave me a lot of food for thought. When I found the right property Adam was very quick in getting me a viewing and helping me through the paperwork to seal the deal. Adam took COVID safety extremely seriously wearing a face mask at all times as well as gloves for visits. Really can't recommend Foxtons and Adam in particular enough.

Foxton's Kingston offered a superior service compared with the one I had with another high street agent. Viewings were numerous and the handling of everything was exemplary. My only complaint relates to an issue we had with the solicitors who Foxtons are in partnership with. These solicitors did not look like they were paying attention, and dropped the ball badly at a critical time in the selling process. Foxton's were incapable of managing this issue forcing me to have to push heavily to meet our schedule. This should not have been necessary - Foxtons charge a very high commission and should manage all angles. So because of this I'm only 90% happy with the experience.

After years of exceptional service with Foxtons Letting. Jenna Shakir at the Kingston Office has proved to be particularly dynamic with letting our Surbiton Apartments. The most recent was a challenging let after the Tenants were obliged to terminate their lease early. Jenna successfully signed up new Tenants to take over at the agreed rental for a long-term lease. Jenna has an uncanny ability to find the perfect fit. She is well supported by a fantastic team, including Emily Harbisher, who manages to fend off the competition from other Estate Agents at a difficult time with the pandemic and freezing cold weather. Julia was a great help throughout our process of finding an apartment which had very very specific requirements. She was quick, offered me great advice, and helped arrange viewings quickly (was impressed at the importance given to Covid SOP's and hygiene routine throughout), and would follow up on our thoughts afterwards. Great experience with Foxtons, in this case we made an online inquiry and soon received a call from Suaganth who was very friendly and was able to get us booked in for some viewings that week during the evening. With COVID measures in place, we were glad to still be able to physical viewings and Suganth was able to drive us (with great parking skills!) between properties as well. We found a great flat during our first set of viewings and with a very efficient service were able to have all paperwork and deposit sorted the following day.
