GoogleUnfortunately I had one of the worst experiences as a tenant with fonxtons. Not only they came into my house without any notice and gave some fake excuses, I was treated with so much disrespect when I went to tell them about all my previous bad experiences with them from the manager herself. I don’t know how the other brunches are but the Kingston one needs a bit more training on how to be more respectful towards others and their space, and to treat everyone equally.

GoogleThey can’t have 4,7 stars! Seriously! We are moving from Norway and we need help, not a time wasting! Job of the agent is to show the place we discussed in a time frame that was arranged but “agent” Rachel makes it different. First 🚩: My partner needed to come to the office she works instead. Because she wanted it like that. Second 🚩: The moment he came she just said that it won’t be any viewing. Not ahead by phone like people should do. Third 🚩: She blamed the other side even in mental health problems. Instead of blaming herself for the bad communication skills. Fourth 🚩: Deliberately try to «sell/push” some other apartment that they probably cannot rent out. And all this without even move herself from her chair. Be careful: CHPK3680522 don’t waste your time! It may even be a Scam. In Oslo she may pay a penalty to us for this “job” not just get a bad comment and review.

GoogleDealt with Suganth Wimalendran - Kingston Office while overseas in Singapore. Even though we did not eventually rent the property shown to us by Suganth, we were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism (including arranging virtual viewings), his friendly candor and very thorough follow up. Honestly, when we purchase a property, I would want a guy like to Suganth to find me a home!
