The viewings were arranged quickly upon getting in contact with Foxtons, which I really appreciated. I went to do a viewing for mutiple properties with Agent Elle. I was able to use WhatsApp to message her which made the process alot more easier. At the viewings Elle had the patience to explain things to me in layman terms. She was able to do quick mental math when we were talking about numbers. Elle also drove me around for viewings - which I had not experienced before, it made the whole trip stress free. We had great small talk convosations in between viewings. She even dropped me off home as it was along the way to her workplace. While I didn't settle on a property this time, I am looking forward to the next round of viewings with Elle. Great customer service.

Outstanding service. I went to these guys after a year of being on the market with another agent. I was unhappy with the previous agent who kept insisting on price reductions and seemed to be working for buyers, not me, the fee payer. I explained my situation to Steven who had my property on the market three days later, had it under offer two days later on the first viewing. He achieved £45,000 higher than the previous agent had managed (and expected me to feel grateful and fortunate for) in over a year. We’ve just exchanged at asking price, no silly games, less than six weeks later….. I can’t praise Steven and Foxtons highly enough. Totally professional outfit. Worth every penny of their fee.

I received the keys to a flat in the Surbiton area yesterday. It had been only ten days since I first approached Foxtons Kingston. Rachel walked me through the entire process. Her help was invaluable to me, having arrived in the UK just two weeks ago. From the viewing, she drove me around the town, and even when an offer was rejected, she actively looked for other options. She assisted me throughout the entire process of making an offer, referencing, and moving in, and explained in detail the parts I didn't understand.
