GoogleI share a review solely on the agent, Nicola Evans, who is an absolute star. She is professional, prompt in response, contacts you just the right amount of times, yet down to earth and approachable. She is an absolute asset to Foxtons and facilitated my search in the best way possible. During my search this month, I was assisted by many agents however none compare to Nicola's customer service skills who made the experience enjoyable and during this crazy end of year time at that! GoogleI would definitely recommend Foxtons to sell your property. Christiaan Olivier and Ambhar (Dar I think her surname is) worked relentlessly on my behalf and were lovely people. I had a couple of full asking price offers (as well as lower offers), which unfortunately did not go through - my fault not theirs, as I was in a very difficult situation at the time. The Manager Christian Dixon was also a lovely guy who called me regularly to continue their advice in an ever changing market. All other team members who I came into contact with for viewings were great, and did their best to work around me and my very young family. All representatives were professional, dedicated and thoughtful. Yes, Foxtons fees are high, but it is a fee I am willing to pay, particularly when other agents I had used previously had advised me to keep dropping the price of my home, week after week after week! I will be putting my property on the market again with Foxtons when the time is right. A big thank you to all involved.

GoogleI had a grate experience with Foxton Kingston Branch. Angel Leong was a true professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire house hunting process. She listened attentively to my needs and requirements, and she was able to find me the perfect property within my budget. Dan was equally impressive, and he helped me find suitable tenants for my property quickly and efficiently. He was always responsive to my queries.Both agents were always available to answer any questions and were willing to provide support whenever needed. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleIf I could give Foxtons Kingston a zero rating for customer service i would. they are super nice when they want your business but are just useless when the deal is in the bag. Please don't use them. Ciara Dupont is the most inefficient admin i have ever come across. She doesn't understand anything and no idea about customer service. Everything was my fault for their mistakes. Nothing was their responsibility and the onus was all on me according to Ciara. This is all considering that Foxtons charges a non negotiable 17% service charge to the landland but the landlord is expected to do everything themselves especially when I live on the other side of the planet and am not well versed with UK latest laws. They don't think to inform the landlord on what is needed and what paperwork is required by the tax office. Daniel Green from lettings is only interested in your money. No after service treatment. Stay far far away from him!

She was very professional and outgoing and really took the time to search out a few different properties that would really fit what my fiancé and I were looking for. GoogleI”m a FTB and recently bought a flat in Kingston and was guided through the process by Michael Owen at Foxtons Kingston (and also occasionally by his colleague Steven McGuire). These guys were GREAT. Even though technically they were working on behalf of the seller, they were so helpful to me that I felt like they were working for me. Michael gave me a ton of useful advice and in fact most of my updates through the whole process came from him rather than my solicitor. My mum wants to move to Kingston in the near future and if I can involve Michael and Steven in the process I will.
