Rachel Ng has been fantastic from start to finish. We called wanting to look at one last place before committing to another and she changed her schedule to squeeze us in at the end of her day. We fell in love with the property and literally closed the deal in two days. Rachel was proactive to ensure she had everything to close it quickly. She’s a great communicator and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Rachel! Thanks for your all your help! Today is officially day one in the new property!

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! After I spoke to her about our circumstances, she found us somewhere perfect the same day, she was able to arrange a viewing a few hours after and then we completed contracts over the weekend! She was brilliant throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop on updates etc. Would HIGHLY recommend working with her. A huge asset to the team at Kingston.

I had been searching for a house for a couple of months, and working with Amelia Wootton, Kingston office , was an absolute pleasure. She was consistently polite, professional, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. Amelia went above and beyond to arrange multiple viewings in a single day, which made my search much more efficient and stress-free. Her dedication and commitment to her work are truly commendable, and I felt supported every step of the way. If you're looking for an estate agent who is proactive, reliable, and approachable, I highly recommend Amelia.

We used the services of Foxtons for our move in Kingston. The challenge was that we needed somewhere to rent quickly and in the center of Kingston. Rachel Ng was fantastic at clearly understanding our needs and budget and quickly finding suitable accommodation. Her help during the contract stages was also most welcome.

I would like to show my appreciation to the excellent service provided by Ellie Stanborough of Foxtons who has helped me and my parents do the property search. Ellie is such a friendly, professional and thoughtful agent. She can understand the needs of her clients and always tries her best to find suitable properties for them. I am also very satisfied with her follow up work and her care for my parents. She definitely deserves a five star rating. Thank you Ellie for all the hard work and support. We are so grateful to have you being our property agent. You are the best! 😃💯

I do not have the words to express my gratitude to Alejandra. She is the best agent we have ever worked with. Alejandra came across incredibly empathetic and responsive during difficult times throughout the transaction. She was also very honest and practical. Alejandra was the most influential force in saving our deal when it almost collapsed, by constantly calling our buyers conveyancers, even when they were not a direct link to her client in the chain. Frankly I would not want to ever go through this process with anyone else. She is a credit to Foxtons in every way. We are also grateful to Steve the manger for the role he played in keeping the seller engaged.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect apartment for me. Her knowledge and responsiveness were outstanding, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place. I highly recommend Foxtons Kingston and Amelia for anyone looking to rent in the area!

When I needed to find a rental property urgently due to my home being flooded Rachel at Foxtons Kingston was very helpful. She showed me around the property I was interested in and a couple more that closely met my requirements. This helped me work out what I really needed and I found a property the same day.

ILLEGAL PRACTICES & LIES If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This branch engages in predatory, illegal practices and cannot be trusted. We were explicitly promised in writing that our deposit was "fully refundable" to get us to pay. The moment they took our money (£5,000+), they trapped us. They are hyper-responsive (and employ all possible pressure tactics to get you to pay urgently) until they take your money, and then they vanish or turn aggressive the moment you raise an issue. They are now holding our money hostage in clear breach of the Tenant Fees Act (charging illegal holding deposits) and are demanding £7,500 in extortionate "fees" for a tenancy that hasn't even started. They are misleading, unethical, and dangerous to deal with. Do not trust a word they say and do not send them a penny.

It was a pleasure working with Abbas while purchasing my first flat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is very professional, and he has a deep understanding of the real estate market. He was very patient as he took the time to guide me through every step of the process, ensuring I fully understood each detail. He proved to be an excellent intermediary between the seller and myself. He effectively facilitated all negotiations, to ensure both parties were satisfied with the outcomes. Also, Abbas was always quick to address any questions or concerns I had, no matter how minor they seemed. His clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Abbas to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.

I’m very grateful to have met Ellie. To me and my friends, she’s not just a rental agent we worked with; she’s patient and highly knowledgeable, which made our renting process very quick and smooth. I also appreciate her willingness to overcome the eight-hour time difference to communicate with us while we were in Asia. I’m very happy to have worked with Ellie, and I sincerely recommend her to you all.

Rachel at Foxtons Kingston has been wonderful in our relocation back to the UK. Timezone and requests have been no problem and she has helped our family feel more at ease with this huge move back from the US. Thank you, Rachel for being amazing!

Lucas has been an absolute star! Amazing experience, he went above and beyond of what he had to do for me. In terms of time, properties and personal investment; he helped me as much as he could. It felt like he was more like a friend rather than an agent. Unfortunately due to the busy market and me being a bit unlucky, I haven't found the right flat for me yet, but hopefully it's just around the corner waiting! :) I am certain Lucas will keep an eye for me if the right opportunity presents itself. Would definitely recommend the Foxtons at Kingston and would ask for Luca!

Extraordinary service from Foxtons Kingston. Especially from our agent Suganth Wimalendran. He was great with us ALL the time. He asked the correct questions from the beginning and totally understood what we were looking for. Great service on the calls, follow ups, extraordinary presentation, service and approach on our appointments day, and then for the apartment confirmation. Unfortunately the apartment we wanted to confirm with Suganth was not available to see, and we needed to accept another offer due to timings. But definitely if you need to find a flat to rent, Suganth is your salesbusiness man. Professional, good listener, people person, eye on detail, kind, gentle and very interested on your lifestyle not in your $. Definitely I recommend to asking for him directly for a house search. Thanks for your support Suganth :)
