GoogleSuganth Wimalendran from the Kingston Lettings in Foxtons was amazing. He was the only agent to actually understand and care about our search and he did not give up as we are sharers. He showed us properties in Kingston and New Malden and he gave us a lot of advice on how to secure the right property and how to find it. We have now secured the best choice property and are awaiting our move in date. The myfoxtons portal was introduced to us and is an actual game changer. We all work varid shift patterns but found it easy to upload refernces via the amazing portal and thr click of a button. GoogleWe didn't end up renting from Foxton's this time (We have rented through them before), but they are generally great at what they do, however, there is a huge difference between personal traits of different agents ~ we looked with at lest 20 different agents from different agencies over a 10 days space ~ Anastassia West at Foxtons Kingston branch was one of the top 3 most pleasant and easy people to deal with ~ polite and informative, but not overly imposing in any way ~ each property we visited together felt exciting and when there were tenants still present, she went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable and addressed all concerns in a patient and comforting way.
We always strive to deliver top quality customer service and we are glad to know that Anastassia has lived up to this expectation. Thank you for the review!

GoogleSince I came from abroad, I had nothing but google to search for a decent accommodation for my son. And here’s Foxtons always popping up as one of the best Real Estates in England. I thought at that time I am on the right path, until I met Mr. Suganth Wimalendran. I can’t speak highly enough about this man. He gave me all the attention and time explaining and answering my questions even the silly ones. The moment I met him I believed I am in good hands in a foreign country. He proved that handling a job professionally is much far beyond. It requires knowledge, patience, adroitness and a big smile. Mr. Wimalendran had them all. Wish him all the luck in his career.

I received excellent service from Yasseen Jebara, who took it upon himself to forward my mail, after the tenants walked in to hand them my mail. There was an urgent mail that need my attention and thanks to Yasseen, I was able to handle the urgent issue.

GoogleI was apprehensive about moving in lockdown, but my experience with Foxtons Kingston Office exceeded expectations. Suganth Wimalendran was very helpful and despite being incredibly busy, kept me in the loop every step of the process. The online portal system has made signing paperwork easy too- which was very handy as I am not in the area at the moment!

GoogleI recently had the unfortunate experience dealing with Foxtons property management that left me deeply dissatisfied due to the complete lack of communication and professionalism. This entire process was marred by negligence and a disregard for basic customer service principles. One of the most frustrating aspects of this service was the complete absence of communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, emails have been unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and it seemed as though my concerns were of little importance to the company. The absence of timely responses not only resulted in a significant waste of my time but also left me feeling neglected and apprehensive about potential further damage to the property. Despite our diligent attempts to communicate the urgent issue, exemplified by the attached photos of the persistent leak, we have been attempting to bring this matter to Foxtons' attention since March 2023. Regrettably, our efforts have been met with consistent silence. Despite engaging with four different individuals, Luke Pitchen, Ciara Dunpont, Xavi Chitayat, and Andrea Ungureanu, we have received nothing more than assurances that "someone will contact you tomorrow." This ongoing lack of resolution and communication is deeply concerning and disappointing. Moreover, the professionalism displayed throughout this entire ordeal has been truly inconceivable. The staff exhibited a lack of basic courtesy and ability to recertify the issue. We have no choice but to escalate this further and reach out to the Property Ombudsman.
