GoogleI have been incredibly impressed so far with Foxtons. From the moment we switched to them, as we were initially with another agent in our area, our viewings increased, feedback improved, and within a couple of weeks we were presented with a serious offer. Throughout the whole process, the sales managed Adam and his team have understood our needs perfectly and supported us not only in the sale of our own property but also with the purchase of another. Both are subject to completion at this stage, but things could not have been managed any better up to this point. Yes, the fee is higher with Foxtons, but the fee represents real value in my opinion and I would recommend that you speak with them if you’re selling, buying or both within the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Both Olivia and Adam were perfectly punctual, never missed a call that was promised. Olivia and Adam are great assets to Foxtons.. Olivia could not have been more helpful!! Responded to text message and emails regarding enquiries very rapidly, and helped us find and buy a perfect house in New Malden. We were very impressed by her high energy and enthusiasm for the role. Adam also quick, efficient, and super professional when it comes to closing the deal. He did a fantastic job coordinating between us and the seller. Super recommended. I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.

GoogleI requested a viewing of a property A and I was offered to view several other properties around on the same day. A negotiator named Francesco was helping me with viewing and finding suitable property for renting. Strangely he was strongly recommending this specific property which had the whole interior refurbished but not yet been listed on Foxton. Property was beautiful that is something that I cannot doubt and apparently I was the first to view the house. During the negotiating, Ive asked him to find out if landlord is willing to negotiate the rents. Even before this property went live on their listing, he told me that the property will be listed at £2450 per month but I offered 2250 per month to landlord. Next day he came with an answer from landlord which was ‘Landlord is not ready to negotiate the price yet as I was the first one to view but if I agree to £2400pcm then we can get into paperwork and sign on the day’ Ive told him that I will view few more around and make decision. 2 days later, I see this property listed at £2250 on another agency and not even on Foxton. I was just speechless.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI had a very good experience with Foxtons New Almaden agency. Since day 01 I could notice that the treatment was different but in a good way. Me and my husband have just arrived to the UK and we’re trying to find the perfect place for our family . Before met Monica we had seen more then 10 properties (no one we really liked ). Monica show us two places in which we fall in love, it felt like she knew what we’re looking for, after that we made an offer in one of the places that was accepted and in all step she was very thoughtful and helpful. I just picked up the keys last week and we are very happy to have chosen Foxtons as the agency to call our own agency (jokes aside but it is the best agency we had experienced ). I think in comparison to others their golden star is in the costumer relation and care . Thank you for helping us finding our new home.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.
