GoogleWent through Foxtons for a rental property in May. Francesco was brilliant throughout the process. He took the time to show me 5 properties and they all met our needs. Found the ideal flat along the way. Foxtons are very professional and Francesco was very accommodating and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleHouse hunting is extremely tiring and frustrating at times. We did a few viewings with Kris from Foxtons. She was extremely professional and polite throughout, she took us in her car to view couple of properties, which we highly appreciate especially as it was peak winter. I highly recommend viewings with Kris, she knows her area and understands customers needs and is absolutely professional with her work.

GoogleVery rude staff, pushy sales tactics and unprofessionalism. Would not recommend plus they over price everything on the market to warrant they’re high fees because ‘they’re Foxtons’. Avoid like the plague!

GoogleHad an excellent experience with Foxtons - New Malden and especially with the Senior Sales Negotiator, Laila Dogan. She was super proactive when it came to finding properties that met our requirements to the extent that when she initially saw the property that we eventually bid for, she knew it was for us....and chased us to ensure that we went and saw the property in time! Super happy with the property we went for, and was it not for Laila chasing us to see it, we would never have even seen it!! Also v happy with the overall experience with the Foxtons - New Malden branch, with handling the process post the acceptance of our bid.

GoogleAdam Broholm provided excellent customer service throughout the entire life cycle of the house sales process from valuation to completion. Adam has a calm, confident and approachable style who helped navigate and umpire between the buyer and seller solicitors during an unproductive period to help enable the completion within a time sensitive and deal dependant timeline. We felt we definitely got value for money going with Foxtons.
