We were kept very well informed and felt we were in very professional hands. GoogleWas recently looking for a property. Foxtons had limited options and few of the properties were higher than you expect. However the service provided by 1 of the 3 agents I dealt with was amazingly humble, very accommodating and delivered a high standard service which helped me in my search. Rachel Ng had really understood the specifics and the needs of the property I had been looking for. She instantly knew and understood that and was able to provide options for exactly what we were looking for. Regardless of not finding a property with Foxtons and unable to find a property that clicked, Rachel till the very end continued to provide service in our search each day.

GoogleI had the pleasure to meet Rachel,from Foxton New Malden branch, while me and my family looked for a new house to move. After couple of question about what we are looking for, Rachel somehow managed to show us few houses on that very same day. All I can say, I was very impressed with the high level of profesionalism, attention to details and definetly looks after they're clients. I have to apologize to Rachel as it took me so long(2 months) to leave a review of her service, in my defence, I thought I gave one. I also have to add that we haven't closed on any deal, but if I have to look for another house I would not hesitate to call her straight away.

GoogleIt’s our first time renting a flat in the UK. We had a wonderful experience with Rachel. She is resourceful and helpful. She is also thoughtful and patient. She understands our needs and tries to find us suitable properties. She is also able to provide us excellent follow-up work after a viewing or the offer was accepted. We are really grateful for her help so that we can get a satisfactory property within 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend her to my friends in the future.
