I had the pleasure of dealing with Dexters on the sale of my property. It started off with a quick visit to their office where I had a in depth conversation about the market with Natalia. The next week I asked Natalia to come value my home. I wont lie I had the usual suspect estate agents come round also however Natalia was by far the most approachable and honest. Two weeks later I instructed Dexters to sell my home. The process was very smooth and I was kept up to date on what the team were doing in order to get my home sold. The feedback I received was very honest and informative. I received three offers from Dexters within the space of 3 weeks, one of which I accepted. I am now happily in my new home thanks to the team in Kingston. I cant recommend Natalia and the team enough. I will be advising my friends and colleagues to look Dexters up. Thanks again!!

Ameila Davis helped our family secure the rental of a wonderful new home with minimal fuss and stress. My first impression was not great. I was assigned to an agent who got details and everything wrong. However upon calling back after a month I was assigned to Beckie who was great, showing us round lots of properties and telling us about the local area. All were well priced and within our budget so overall a great experience. Amelia then handled the process of our offer which was much faster than other agents, we went from giving our offer to having a place secured within a few hours. Overall a great experience!

Every time I’ve called, she’s picked up within the first three rings, always friendly, reassuring, and on top of everything. Alexi was great at sorting out the flat viewing for us, offering evening viewings as an alternative option, he was also fantastic when we went to sign the paperwork. The real estate agent (sorry I forgot your name) was great as well, knew what he was talking about, personable and definitely approachable.
