My experience with Mansons was refreshing! Past experiences with other estate agents have shown me how shoddy some people in the business can be. It is relieving to know that there are agencies like Mansons that care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. Jonathan was approachable and honest when showing me around a variety of properties. Likewise, Alexi was professional, accommodating and very trustworthy throughout the entire process of renting the property. All of my questions were answered promptly and confidently. Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. I stress to any prospective students to consider student rents through Mansons Big thanks to Debbie who was brilliant throughout

Have had a fantastic experience with Mansons Estate Agent. Our viewing with Jonathan was fantastic- he was personable, informative and totally honest with us about the property. We were then handed over to Kirstey who has been equally fantastic, efficient and made the entire process as easy as possible. Any queries or concerns have been answered with ease, making us feel totally confident with our letting experience. I have every confidence in Mansons and if our initial experience is anything to go by, we have an enjoyable tenancy to look forward to in an amazing property. I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.
