A very efficient agency. We walked in off the street and met Harley who was incredibly helpful. The whole process has been quick and easy because of the organised and professional approach taken by the staff. Harley has been our main point of contact but we also came across Amelia who stepped in when Harley wasn't available. She too was also incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend this agency and I would be more than happy to use them again. All in all, a very smooth process! Thank you!

We recently had to move property in a short space of time and after contacting Dexters Beckie was immeasurably helpful in finding us a new home to rent. She was very attentive and approachable and listened to our needs before finding us a perfect place almost overnight. The rental process itself was straightforward and Beckie was always on-hand to help or advise with the setup and she regularly kept in touch to make sure the process was going smoothly at our end. My partner and I are exceptionally grateful for Beckie's and the rest of Dexters' time and effort in helping to make a daunting and sudden move all the more seamless and welcoming.

Mansons have been excellent in both renting and selling properties for me. They actively seek buyers or renters, rather than just advertising and sitting back and waiting for someone to come along. They are great at communicating and always return calls or respond to emails quickly. Throughout the sales process Deborah chased solicitors and kept the whole sales process moving, reducing stress levels for me. Kirsty is excellent at communicating and even gave up her own time to secure a rental for my flat.I highly recommend Mansons for letting and sales as they are highly professional and efficient.

I have just sold a house through Dexters and was impressed with the service they delivered. Communication is key during what can be a stressful time, and they kept me constantly updated with phone calls, infact I think I barely had to call them once. The number of viewings was high even through December/January is a notoriously difficult period. Their sales chaser Nina kept a very close eye on the sale until completion and I felt I was in a very safe pair of hands.

My wife and I live in a rented flat in East Molesey, managed by Dexters. The agent who looks after us at Dexters is Paul Ford. Over the summer our flat has been redecorated and had a new kitchen fitted at the request of the landlady. Paul acted as project manager, coordinating contractors and schedules. There was a lot of potential for things to go wrong and for us as tenants to suffer the consequences. Everything went smoothly and I cannot thank Paul enough for taking our needs into consideration during the process and making everything go smoothly. One residual problem relating to drainage in the flat was resolved very efficiently and effectively. Thank you, Paul!

Extremely happy with everything that happened with Dexter’s Kingston. Chloe took my wife and I around, drove us to several houses and was extremely professional, and also a bit of a laugh. What more can you ask for? Because of Dexter’s in Kingston, and Chloe, my wife and I have recently moved into our forever home. I say forever, but obviously what I really mean is the home we move into until one of us dies, or we both die; at which point our home will be sold and all the profits will be divided by feverish humans salivating at the chance to receive free money, like sharks feasting on the carcass of a dead blue whale. That’s why I’m working hard in my new laboratory on creating the first human being made entirely out of bricks. When this new type of human is up and running, a forever home really will be a forever home as us humans will last longer than the homes. Perhaps, one day, houses made of bricks will buy human bricks to move into, in an odd twist nobody at this early stage of my experiment can predict. (it should be a good idea, unless giant homes are then built out of these new people bricks. Which would be awful). Anyway, the point is Dexter’s was great, Chloe is great, and if you are looking for a house, Dexter’s are the people to speak to.

I’ve been with Dexter’s for 3 years now and am sad to have left a property managed by them all because of a gentlemen called Paul ford. Paul has been amazing all this time, he is very effectient and thorough in what he does. He always returned my calls and emails the same day and made sure anything I requested to be done with the flat was done quickly.
