Very impressed with our experience with Dexters Kingston. Ben, Natalia and the team are fantastic. Very responsive, easy to do business with, not pushy, offer great advice and very efficient. They do as they say and very reliable which is probably the key quality when dealing with estate agents. We are in the middle of transactions (both purchase and sell) and the process has been flawless so far and they have provided great level of service during these unusual times. Would highly recommend!

Connor has been super helpful in my bid to find my first home in Kingston. Really great to talk to someone who is actually interested in what I'm looking for and happy to help me find the right place, as well as offering options I might not have actually looked at originally. From the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.

Dexters Kingston very good team, pet friendly.  I called other agencies, everyone turned me down when I told them I had a small dog. only Dexters was the only agent who told me that they would try to help me and that they would try to find a landlord who would not have a problem with the dog. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars :)

I'm very pleased with how Dexters helped us look for a house to let. My friend and I just walked into their office without an appointment but the staff were all very welcoming especially Harley Baker who immediately assisted us and presented our possible options.
