GoogleWe received an amazing peformance from Sonia De Abreu when we decided to move house before our lease had ended. Sublets can be expensive. There was a risk we would be required to subsidise the new lease because of Covid and its impact on real estate markets. We contacted Sonia and the outcome could not have been better. It was all over in 1 afternoon! Sonia and her team organised 10 showings for one afternoon in March, I believe there were multiple offers, a deal was reached and our Landlord found a new Tenant at no cost to us. A significant rental liability had been reduced to zero. Fantastic.

GoogleWe dealt with James Castleman and he was excellent - personable and supportive right from the outset. He communicated clearly with us throughout our purchase and was exceptionally helpful when dealing with difficult conversations with the seller. He was flexible and allowed us to arrange so many viewings, often at late notice, which was really appreciated. We couldn't recommend James more.

GoogleAlex is a gem and Dexters proves the reason why it makes sense to use an Estate Agent when looking for a property. We get someone professional. he was able to answer your questions and gathering the required information in good time. We had early access to an amazing place and he knew exactly what we wanted. He organized the multiple viewings (thanks for the patience). He accompanied the process through the several stages always available to clarify any details. Dexters is definitely an agency that deservers the 5 starts.

I appreciate this is less than ideal for Dexters, however wanted to put in writing how impressed I was with Frankie’s professionalism whilst seeking our instruction this year. He came across very well, contacting us at appropriate times following conversations whilst on the market with other agents. On instruction, Frankie and the team moved quickly to get involved and conducted an impressive amount of viewings.
