Our experience as first time buyers was made 10x better with Andy acting for our sellers, despite the process taking a year to the day to complete with many ups and downs along the way! Andy seemed to be the only person trying to move things forward with all his might and even though we were not his client, he always made himself available to me to provide updates when we needed them and to talk through possible solutions to benefit all parties.
