Ella has been a complete gem

Ella has been a complete gem! So grateful for all her hard work to help us get a new dishwasher when ours gave out. We told her about my mobility being down and that we had a baby under 1 - so without a dishwasher we were in quite a pickle! Ella was amazing - she chased everything up for us and got everything organised so the new dishwasher came within a week! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough 🙌🏼 Thank you so much!

Jordan Warne is a young man with whom I spoke a few days ago and explained to him the situation in which I find myself and my requirements in the search for a suitable rental apartment. After a few minutes from the moment when I sent my first email, Jordan immediately contacted me and within a few hours he sent me several properties that would meet my requirements. We appointed Dexters to sell our flat in Surbiton. Previously, for many years, Dexters handled the letting of our property whilst we were out of the country and we received excellent service from them and consequently appointed them to sell our flat. Subsequently we have also had excellent service in the selling process, all prompt and efficient from Chrissie and all staff. Great service and communication

During our 2 year tenancy the property we lived in was managed by Dexters property management, the staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever there were issues with the property, we were able to reach someone who was able to provide assistance. Nikki Harris was managing the property we lived in, the five of us who lived there would like to thank her in particular for her consistent help and advice throughout the tenancy, she has always been massively helpful regarding any issues or questions we've had. For a few of the people living in the property this was their first time renting, Nikki always took the time to explain things clearly and in a way that helped us to understand how issues were being dealt with. Any issues with the property were always addressed as quickly as they could be and we always felt in safe hands. Many thanks

We have worked with Dexters since 2019 and are landlords of one property. There have been ups and downs with tenants and we have found a way through working together. Having a key contact who is readily available is most helpful, particularly when there are tricky minutiae to deal with. We have worked with several members of staff in this capacity over the years; always seeking to be helpful and supportive. The level of professionalism has generally been high. Currently, Sherina Downes is our point of contact; she is excellent and deserves five stars on her own. Great communication and sees things through.

Viraj based in the property management team in Loampit Vale is so proactive and on the ball. He gets things done and sorted and always knows the right people to contact. We had a fantastic experience with Dexters throughout our purchase, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A special mention to Andy and Archie, who were both excellent from start to finish. They were proactive, responsive, and really helped keep things moving at key moments. There were a few hurdles along the way (as there always are), but they played a big part in helping to unblock issues and keep everyone aligned across the chain. In the run up to exchange in particular, their efforts and communication were genuinely stellar. They kept the pressure on where needed, kept us informed, and ultimately down to them we got everything over the line. We’re now 4 days in to our lovely new home, very happy!

real lack of service/ communication

awful, I have been trying to speak to someone from the sales team for months. they say the same script every time I call "this is lettings, leave your details and sales will call you back". They never do. I actually want to purchase a property, why wont they talk to me? I can see the property just sitting there and every time I ask if it's still available they say it is. But I never get further than that with them.
