I have been using or dealing with Andrew’s Agents for long time, I think over 10 years. Conor and all his staffs make you feel very comfortable and confident while working with me. I cannot complain about their efficiency and their ability to handle me as a client. When Melroy came to show around my property he was so professional and he is very knowledgeable while dealing with the clients. All the ladies are very approachable and very patient with me. Before I leave they asked me is there anything you want us to go through again..

This company is a strange and unethical set-up and many of the properties are actually owned by the individuals related to the agency themselves. Please read the bottom of the property advert, it'll be noted there. I lost around £7000 on a property which wasn't even mortgageable and I have to say that Zara even tried to imply that I get bridging finance. Honestly please do avoid this agency. I have also realised that many of OPA's properties are bought and turned into investment opportunities at overpriced markups, please do your research on whatever you buy.

Worked closely with OPA for some time now. Bought my first investment with them in 2020. Have now completed on my 4th. They are very helpful, everything is explained extremely clearly. You signed in 12 places to show you understand that if you do not complete your fee is non-refundable. To me that is fair enough. Even once I had an issue and I couldn't complete & they gave me a credit note to help me out so I didn't lose my money. So to me you cant get fairer. Their products are unique in the market. I have been investing for 30 years, I have not found investments this good. I get my rent every month. Every transaction OPA, Zara & AJ have been there to help me.

For the last four years, Curchods provided a fully-managed service for the letting of our flat in Kingston. It has been a hassle free experience for us. For much of this time we have dealt with Melanie Ingram (Senior Property Manager) who has been utterly professional and has made us feel as if we were the only clients of the Kingston office. Melanie is totally on the ball - fully conversant with the legalities around letting, easy to reach and communicate with, quick to get in touch when work needed doing and quick to arrange for work to be done by professionals and at a reasonable price. I also liked the online portal Curchods provided - it made it so easy to keep track of documentation, including invoices and ad hoc expenses.

Just rent a semi-detached house from Curchods. The whole procedure was really good and smooth. Thank you very much for the Lettings Manager, Leah Meredith M.A.R.L.A, who was really helpful, friendly, professional. Although we weren't in the UK to start renting the property, Leah helped us through emails, video calls frequently. She sent sufficient documents to explain everything to us carefully and patiently. Frankly, it's extremely our great luck to rent the property through Curchods especially Leah. It's our first experience to rent the property in the UK. We interviewed several estate agents before appointing Curchods and we definitely made the right decision. They were totally professional from the start, they organised a great selling/marketing strategy, including an interactive video so overseas/remote buyers could view the property, Our Buyer was in Hong Kong) and they were super attentive and responsive during the whole process. Once we had selected a Buyer (from the viewings on the first day) they engaged with our solicitors (Shoosmiths LLP - Curchods have great working relationship with them and I would recommend them as well) they then appointed a dedicated sales expeditor/progress chaser to engage with all parties and provide weekly updates to us on the progress and any issues. This is a real plus and takes the stress out of buying and selling as you are always confident on what is currently happening and and what is needed to be done. Particular thanks and mentions go to Al and Kevin as they were our point contacts and made the whole process easier I would totally recommend Curchods if you want your House Sale or Purchase to go smoothly.
