GoogleAmazing first class service by Aj, he looked after us from start to finish, the process was so simple with OPA and it was left in their hands, we had a sale within a week would recommend OPA as they are trustworthy get everything done and you can contact them, you’re never left wondering or kept out of the loop. Thank you again for everything, when you’re unsure and it’s your first time selling or buying a property go with OPA as they take it out of your hands and you can relax and sit back whilst they do the rest. It’s completely free to sell which leaves you stress free :-)

GoogleScott and Ken were extremely knowledgeable and helpful over an extended sale period due to Covid interventions. Very responsive to my queries and I couldn't have hoped for a better process given the extreme difficulties of the situation. They made great efforts to keep me informed, and perhaps most important for both buyer and seller, their predictions around price, timelines, and likely obstacles were correct in every instance. This clearly demonstrates the know the area and know what they're doing. I would recommend this company highly.

GoogleWe arrived in the UK in 2016 and used Curchods to find a suitable rental option that met our needs in terms of easy access to Central London and good local schools. Leo at the Kingston lettings office was our introduction to outstanding service and help ever since. He found a house that suited us perfectly and handed us over to Melanie for the management side of things. We met Melanie for the first time six months into the rental for the inspections and were impressed by how efficient and genuinely nice she is. In the last four years, and especially in 2020/2021 with Covid and lockdown Melanie was as quick as always to find options, be it for virtual inspections or arranging socially distanced and safe repairs as we were shielding a family member. We are very happy and would recommend Curchods wholeheartedly. We would like to thank Melanie, Leo and their team for their continual kindness and help.

GoogleGoodness me, I don't think Curchod's could have done a better job! The house was initially shown, with Tom offering a discrete, knowledgeable viewing. I then went ahead, in what proved to be a very difficult purchase / sale - (my buyer pulled out at very late notice) - which caused troubles in what proved to be a lengthy chain: a potentially difficult situation, which Scott, in particular, managed with extraordinary grace, and expertise, and humour. I learned from this job that Sales Continuance is so important. Had someone been doing Scott's job, in my sale, the problems would not have happened. In fact we all finally completed on the pre-arranged day, and in a mood of humour and calm, which I really appreciated. I also loved the way that the team went above and beyond the call of duty, for example giving advice about Extensions, and recommending architects. Thank you team! You left a very grateful buyer!

GoogleStuart found me a buyer before my house even went live on Rightmove! He is a great communicator both on email and over the phone which is something I value enormously. He went the extra mile to sort out queries and concerns from my buyer. He is professional and also friendly. I never felt I was too much trouble. Contacting the office is easy and the staff are very helpful.

GoogleThe team at RW&W Northiam were a delight to work with on our purchase with them. Hattie and Oliver really know their market place here, as well as Hattie going above and beyond to assist us if we couldn’t make it to the property to inspect when purchasing. GoogleUsed OPA to purchase a couple of investment properties. Both were tricky purchases, but Zara was at hand to help us out, Zara even pointed me to a financial advisor who helped me get mortgages and close off the purchase. I highly recommend OPA for any investment property purchases.
