They have always taken care of us and really helped us out when we were looking to move house. They are professional, reliable and more importantly, kind! My husband and I are sadly having to relocate due to funds as we want to buy our own house one day but if we could, we would've stayed in our current place let by Curchods for years. Kat was lovely and we are really hoping to be back with them soon in the near future. Cannot recommend them enough.

They far out did the agency used on my selling side and were the sole reason I went through with the purchase as they managed to keep me informed with what my selling agent should have done. After nearly 6 months of trying to sell my flat with another agent, Curchods managed to sell it to a proceedable buyer in less than a week. This was only the start of their hard work with Tom Maher going above and beyond to ensure that contracts were exchanged before our mortgage offer expired. He was able to obtain crucial documentation in a few hours rather than the 3 - 5 days originally quoted.
