GoogleWe had a pleasant experience renting through this agent. The staff was friendly, supportive and professional. As our first time using the letting agent, Samantha explained to me every steps to happen in advance. Most importantly, She paid attention to our special needs and tried her best effort to let the landlord understand it, which helped us to stand out and be appealing to the landlord. It's good to feel that oh those agent don't just care about the money and want to make the deal asap, they are also warm and caring.

GoogleI cannot sing the praises of Kevin, Roz , Ollie and the gorgeous Misha highly enough. They dealt with the sale of a property for my family and from start to finish kept us informed of every development. Kevin in particular spent most of his time (I think) chasing people on our behalf and reporting back to us. This is the most pro-active estate agents I have ever come across and I would not hesitate to recommend the Northiam branch to anyone wanting to use a professional, sympathetic and highly efficient team of agents to deal with the sale of their property.
