GoogleBen and the team did a fantastic job selling our property. We had a sale agreed within a week of the property being marketed, and the transaction was very efficient and smooth. We considered using an online-only agent, but am so pleased we went with Curchods instead, as their personal skills when negotiating and throughout really made all the difference. Highly recommended.

GoogleRebecca is really helpful in accommodating our negotiation/inspections during the negotiation process before the exchange of the contract. Without her the transaction may not be completed, although not everything went well but we thank her for her works and Curchods for doing the best they can. Would definitely recommend both buyer and seller when it comes to moving in your next property.

GoogleThe worst agency ever. Horrible service. Once they sign you up, they just disappear. They have been avoiding calls, messages, emails for 2 months now. They have advertised my property incorrectly, it’s a freehold building, but they put it under flats, so it doesn’t even show in searches. I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don’t even answer anything. The worst experience ever.

Rupert was extremely responsive from the outset and very flexible. the marketing material for our property looked superb and they delivered on their promise getting it sold. Once a sale was agreed Jenny was also superb, really helping the process along and getting it across the line at the end during a slightly protracted exchange process.

GoogleDisappointed with how they handled my tenancy contract (throughout my stay but especially at the end). Lack of proper communication with the landlord as well as internally (i was moved to various agents that seemed unaware or uninterested). After 2 years of back-and-forth emails I gave up on being reimbursed or settle the tenancy fully. Under current management, I cannot recommend them for the future. I've been renting for over a decade across London and never encountered such disinterest in tenants.

GoogleCurchods were professional, helpful, and once an offer had been received and negotiated, The negotiator( Alkesh Majevadia) kept us informed on at least a weekly basis on the progress of the sale, with a named person (Kevin Green) following up meticulously on all aspects of the sale. It was as smooth as these things can be. Impressed by their client-centred approach, and professionalism throughout. Highly recommended.
