GooglePersonally, I have received a quite professional, responsive service from the estate agent who had recently helped me find a rental property. The staff are helpful and personable. Agent dealing with my tenancy always came back to me on the same day. I would recommend them based on my experience of estate agents around Kingston.

GooglePretty OK service but way too many documentations, proofs and outright inaccessible places to rent. Rent-wise, they always push for higher rent price as others might take it. Landlords were always friendly, helpful and returns most of your deposit.

There is no higher endorsement of good service than a recommendation to friends and family. Churchods certainly earns that recommendation. Rupert and Jenny were excellent, got us the priced promised and dealt quickly and effectively with any issues. If we move again there is only one company we will ask to sell our house.

GoogleAfter a poor experience with another local agent, Churchods restored our confidence with their professional approach. They provided an excellent service at a reasonable price and were able to produce good marketing materials and find us a buyer who was checked and who completed as promised. Staff were courteous and delivered as promised. No hesitation in recommending them.
