I can't recommend Russen & Turner enough. We've dealt with them twice in the last 6 years, most recently selling our property for us. The whole team are fantastic, from Rob coming out to value the property and take the photos for the listing, to Georgia and Jess in the office. They keep you up to date with everything going on from start to finish, which goes along way. We've had some bad experiences in the past with other agents, but not these guys, they wipe the floor with everyone!!

TERRIBLE. We went to view a bungalow in Dersingham . We arrived on time to find the agent with another couple who were also viewing . So we waited our turn and then were shown round . We only got half way though the property and were then told our 15 minutes was up . So we left not really having the time to finish the viewing . We were interested in putting in an offer but to be honest the way we were just herded round it really put us off. We have viewed several properties with other agents and they have given us the time we need . We will not be viewing any of their properties again .... Thanks for your excuses but I was not informed when I rang up for a viewing that it would only be 15 minutes . Also I did ring up to complain I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone , no one got back to me , If I had left it to a second viewing the place would have been sold and also I have a 2 hour round trip . If you have loads of viewings I suggest you employ more staff to deal with this !!!!.

I thought Russen & Turner did a really professional job on helping sell my mum's bungalow. The photos produced as part of the sale details were amazing to be honest. We even saw the bungalow in a new light after seeing them. They were always good at keeping in touch when someone wanted to view the property and they helped push the deal over the line when it seemed to be dragging. I was impressed with Rob's enthusiasm, Georgia's professionalism and Sam's doggedness particularly as we got closer to closing the sale.

Having previously bought a house through Russen & Turner it was an easy choice to ask them to act in the sale of my property. They have great local knowledge and the whole team were very supportive and made the whole process easier to bear. The buying experience was so easy with the help of Jessica. I found the property on a Wednesday, managed to get a viewing on the Saturday and an offer in on Monday which was submitted and negotiating on a price was happening by the weekend. I was always kept in the loop on any developments and I was given help organising a solicitor by the estate agent as well. They were happy to answer any questions, no matter how small or silly they may have been. Great experience and would be happy to use them to sell as well as buying through them in future
