Perhaps if they turned up for previously made appointments it would help. I drove a round trip of 196 miles to view a house I was buying through them and they failed to turn up. They had declined to provide a phone number for the day in case anything went wrong, despite being asked for one, and they failed to phone us, even though we had provided two phone numbers so they could contact us. The should give up viewings on a Sunday as they are too unprofessional to organise them and there is no way to speak to anyone on a Sunday.
