After a bit of a disaster with another agent, we switched to Russen & Turner Kings Lynn. We chose them following seeing so many of their sold signs in our village compared to others. Pricing was realistic and fully discussed options. Viewings were arranged and it was not compulsory that the agent doing them - it was our choice. Communication was easy and updates given. Not that we are planning to move again but would use again!!

Just sold a house through Russen and Turner, acting as an executor. I would definitely use them again. The communication has been fantastic. It hasn't been an easy sale due to complications with the deeds. Sam has been excellent. Good knowledge and very Reassuring when I've been worried and couldn't get through to solicitors. From the very first valuation visit I was confident that the agent would work hard to sell my Dad’s bungalow. I had a buyer in 3 weeks and the sale was complete in 3 months. I bought, and a few years later, sold my last house through Russen and Turner. I felt that on both occasions the details were rather sparse, especially for people who don't know the area and are considering a viewing from many miles away, as I was, but I understand this is under review. The photographs were well taken and the floor plan self-explanatory. The team members were all rather wonderful. Not once, when buying or selling, did I ever have anything other than politeness, kindness, courtesy and pleasantness. In person, they are all so lovely and cheerful and smiley. Keeping one’s head above water and remaining positive during a house sale and purchase is so important, and the Russen and Turner team provides the positivity and reassurance needed. Attending to the emotional and psychological side of house moving is just as important as the administrative aspects, and Russen and Turner shines at both.

I believe what makes Russen & Turner stand out from the other Estate Agents is their people skills; they actually listened to what I had to say as a customer all the way through the process.
