FacebookCastles : the best estate agents there are in Hemel Hempstead (if not Hertfordshire) bar none. Simon pulled out all the stops to find us the house that fitted our wish list - just when we started to think that such a house didn't exist! Sam worked tirelessly throughout the sale and purchase process to ensure that everything happened - and this was no easy feat. Simon, Sam and all the Castles team are committed, customer focussed, caring, always return telephone calls, genuine, honest and go the extra mile as standard. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If I were to move again, I would not even consider using another estate agent. Thanks to all at Castles for their considerable help.

GoogleA beautiful, little odd property that was perfectly suited for me and my partner came up and with in 24 hours Matt H. squeezed us in for an evening viewing. Wanting to also see the property in the daylight, Matt managed to get us access under short notice. Our offer, his communication around next steps, negotiations and all the intimidating parts of buying went very smooth. we have taken Castles advice on mortgages and solicitors, aiding in a very streamlined process. Looking forward to exchanging and moving in to our dreamy home!

GoogleI didn’t use James for the sale of our property as we have a relative who is an estate agent but contacted James about a property to buy. He remained very attentive without being pushy, and made sure to let us know about properties he thought suited our search profile . He always called rather than just emailing irrelevant property’s details, to discuss whether or not they were of interest. From my dealings with him I would recommend him
