GoogleCastle Agency are liars and thieves! They promised to help us with the application, but never did. Instead, they took our deposit money and left us without a home. We are a family with a 7-year-old child, and they made us feel abandoned and cheated. Heartless and dishonest people, be warned, do not trust them! Jake the manager is heartless !

GoogleCastles have been absolutely fantastic in assisting with the sale of our property. After having our house on the market with another agent, the difference when we switched to Castles has been unbelievable. We have been dealing with Matt Wood and he is a great agent, he is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to deal with and his communication is excellent, we felt that we knew what was happening every step of the way. He has achieved a quick sale for us at a good price and we can’t fault him. Matt has also assisted us in getting an offer accepted on a property which was also on the market with Castles and he has been great to deal with as a buyer as well.

GoogleWas working with Matt Wood at Castles to look at a few options with regards to current property and potentially moving to another property. Matt worked closely with me to understand my family needs and also came to look at my current property to understand what would be the best approach. In the end his honest advice helped me to decide to stay and extend the property. I will be keeping in contact with Matt for any future property projects as through this experience he has become a trusted property agent who I know will always provide honest advice..

GoogleI only went as far as contacting Castles to get an initial view on the value of my home and Matt came to do the valuation and he was outstanding. He had done so much research on previous sale prices in my area and market trends for terrace houses like mine. He also gave very practical advice on things I would need to do to market my home better if I did choose to sell. If I do sell they will be my first choice of agent.

GoogleCastles were offering a free property valuation even if not selling, so decided to take up the offer as had been interested to see what our house might be worth! Matthew came to see the house and I was so impressed at the level of detail/research that he had carried out despite there not being an immediate income opportunity out for the branch. In addition there was no pushy sales pitch (which personally I hate!). I would have no hesitation in approaching Castles in the future should I need an estate agent!

GoogleWe have been very fortunate to have Harry Clements helping us on our property search. He has been in constant communication with us, checking in on a regular basis and sending us properties. He is a personable estate agent! He is easy to get on with and is excellent at his job.

GoogleOMG!!! I can't believe, I thought I was the only one who had this bad luck! I'm so disconnected about this agency! They scam me too. I wanted to rent a flat and the same person contact me and in the end he scam me off 350£! Please don't trust this agency or any off this people's!

FacebookDaniel and Matt were really nice to deal with. Professional friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Matt worked really hard to secure us a property. In the end it didn’t pan out, but Matt was still very up beat and wished us all the best. A true professional.

GoogleRadlett branch Steve, very unhelpful and wasting us time with back and forth. We were financially verified and our mortgage is in place. Our offer price was higher than asking price but there is something else here that Castles estate agent Steve has a problem with and I don’t know what that is. Very bad and bias service, I’ll never use Castles in my life!

Also tried the removals through her assistance. Great that you can get this level of support and not just for the purchase and alar of a property
